Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Limited in Ranchi invites a result-driven Sales professional with industry exposure to cement/building materials. You will drive targets, build dealer and contractor relationships, and expand market share through proactive field activities.

You will coordinate with marketing and support teams, use CRM for visibility, and implement weekly plans to maximize regional sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Maintain cordial relations with real estate, dealers, construction companies, and end customers for repeat orders and long-term retention.
• Monitor fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive/corrective measures.
• Generate new leads and pitch existing and upcoming products.
• Execute weekly plan and map territories; identify new regions to maximize sales in the region.
• Monitor dealer POS inventory and report needs to Marketing timeline.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution of grievances.
• Coordinate with Technical Support for site visits to maximize sales.
• Utilize CRM for visibility, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Seek leadership inputs and pursue ongoing self-development, both functionally and behaviorally.

Cement, BFSI, FMCG, Paint, Steel, Telecom, Building Material

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure achievement of sales targets and take measures to increase the market share/sales targets.
2. Maintain cordial relations with Real estate, dealers, construction companies, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention.
3. Monitor the fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive/corrective measures
4. Generate new leads periodically, ensure regular pitching to them on existing & upcoming products
5. Execute weekly plan & map existing territories. Identify new territories to maximize sales in the region.
6. Monitor the BTL inventory levels at the dealer shops (Point of purchase / sale, promotional items such as danglers, posters etc.) and report the same to the Marketing team as per timelines / plan so that the same could be arranged / procured / enhanced.
7. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of timely resolution of the customer grievances.
8. Customer Coordinate with Technical Support Team for site visits and leverage their expertise to maximize sales as per requirements.
9. Utilize CRM for greater visibility, monitoring, performance evaluation and any course correction/ corrective action required
10. Seek requisite developmental support/ inputs from the leadership and strive for self-development, both functional and behavioral.
