Job summary

Jky Management Solution in Gurugram region seeks a Sales Manager to drive volume, revenue and margins for a cluster of 45 RMC plants. You will lead a field sales team, coordinate with QA, Operations and Dispatch, and ensure pricing policy adherence while growing key accounts and customer relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation chops and the ability to guide field teams through multiple account segments including Retail, Projects, Infra and Builders.

• Proven track record in achieving volume, revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the cluster of plants.
• Drive customer acquisition across Retail, Projects, Infra, Builders and Key Accounts.
• Lead and review performance of 7–8 sales executives; coach and coach field teams.
• Ensure pricing adherence as per policy and approval matrix; escalate as needed.
• Review proposals and approve within authority or escalate to Area Head.
• Control collections, reduce DSO and ensure credit policy compliance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve service issues with QA/Operations/Dispatch.
• Provide accurate sales MIS, forecasts and competitor insights.
• Support branding and promotional activities; coordinate with production for demand planning.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for sales volume, revenue, margins, collections and customer acquisition for a cluster of 45 RMC plants (approx. 2000025,000 m/month). Handles all customer segmentsRetail, Projects, Infra, Builders, Key Accounts—and leads the sales team to achieve growth and profitability.

Main Accountabilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume, revenue and margin targets for assigned region.
• Drive customer acquisition across Retail, Projects, Infra, Builders, and Key Accounts.
• Lead and review performance of 7–8 sales executives; conduct field visits and coaching.
• Ensure pricing adherence as per plant pricing policy and approval matrix.
• Review pricing proposals from Sales Executives; approve if within delegated authority or **escalate** to Area Head.
• Control collections, reduce DSO, and ensure credit policy compliance.
• Strengthen customer relationships; resolve service issues with QA, Operations and Dispatch.
• Provide accurate sales MIS, forecasts, competitor insights and lost-order analysis.
• Support branding, promotional and influencer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with production for demand planning, dispatch priority and special concrete requirements.
