Jky Management Solution in Gurugram seeks a senior operations leader to drive P&L across 4–5 RMC plants, targeting a 20,000–25,000 m/month region and driving revenue growth.

You will oversee production planning, quality compliance, dispatch discipline, and mentor Plant Heads and Area Sales Managers, coordinating with QA Head and procurement to optimize costs.

Responsabilidades

• P&L ownership for 4–5 RMC plants.
• Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
• Ensure plant operations, production planning, and quality compliance.
• Lead and mentor Plant Heads and Area Sales Managers.
• Oversee cost control: raw materials, procurement, and logistics.
• Review KPIs: volume, margins, credit control, plant utilization.
• Strengthen branding and promotional activities within the territory.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for P&L delivery of 4 to 5 RMC plants (20,00025,000 m/month region). Driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, cost optimization, operational efficiency, brand visibility, and ensuring SOP compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• P&L ownership for assigned area involving 4 to 5 RMC plants.
• Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
• Ensure plant operational efficiency, production planning, quality compliance, and dispatch discipline.
• Lead and mentor Plant Heads, Area Sales Manager, and coordinate with QA Head.
• Oversee cost control: raw materials, procurement coordination, PR/PO approvals, logistics optimization.
• Review performance KPIs: volume achievement, margins, credit control, plant utilization, customer NPS.
• Strengthen branding and promotional activities within the territory.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence across plants.
