Job summary

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (Nuvoco) invites applications for a sales role focused on Ready Mix Concrete products, including value added offerings, to identify prospective customers and drive revenue in the assigned area. You will input data for the Annual Operating Plan and IBP forecasts, execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, monitor competition, coach teams, and ensure targets for volume, revenue, collections and new customers are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for quantity volume and Average selling price or NODT (Net of Discount and taxes) for the respective Area.
• Provide input for forecast for demand Review pillar of integrated business plan (IBP) & ensure follow up with team to achieve the forecast.
• Execute the agreed Strategy for the area for maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Be externally focused to understand the competition and market dynamics for price and cost comparison.
• Monitor and control the implementation of Sales Transformation agenda Leap S in the respective area.
• Ensure Volume, Revenue, Collection and new customer acquisition targets are met as per defined policy.
• Conducting routine coaching calls with Sales managers/Executives
• Support in preparing Individual development plan (IDP) of the subordinates and closely monitor for its execution.
• Advising superiors for new business opportunities in the respective area to the superiors.
• Drive and channelize strong commitment of the team for generating revenue from Value added Products (VAP) as per given target.

The purpose of this position is to identify prospective customers and generate sales for Ready Mix Concrete products including normal and value added products.
