Job summary

Fyndbridge Consulting Services in Mumbai seeks an Area Sales Manager for Projects Sales Grade M1 to drive project deals across the region. You will build networks with builders, architects, consultants and promote the company’s products in construction projects.

The role requires 7+ years in relevant industries and proven experience handling projects, with exposure to forums and business meets for product promotion. Mumbai-based, on-site role with branding and MIS duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in plumbing/manufacturing/pumps/HVAC/water treatment/wastewater management
• Experience in handling projects and dealing with project stakeholders
• Exposure representing the organization at forums and business meets to promote products

Responsibilities

• Sales and market development: responsible for project sales in the designated territory
• Build builder, architect, consultants network for the region and develop leads through developers and plumbing professionals
• Branding/promotional activities: maintain corporate image across product lines and execute branding activities
• MIS & reports: manage MIS dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly customer reports

• 2) Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute.

Experience

• 1) 7+ Years of relevant experience in Plumbing/Manufacturing/Pumps/HVAC/Water treatment/Wastewater Management /Disaster Management
• 2) Experienced in handling Projects
• 3) Exposure in representing the Organization at various forums & business meets to promote the products

Principal Accountabilities

Sales and Market Development:

• 1) Responsible for project sales of in the designated territory.
• 2) Build Builder, Architect, consultants network for the region and develop leads through Developers, plumbing consultants, Plumbing Contractors, and architects.
• 3) Responsible for brand specification in construction projects in his region.

Revenue Generation:

• 1) Achieve volume and value sales as per the Business Plan (EBITA)
• 2) Ensure competitive and effective pricing to ensure closure of the deals
• 3) Timely and effective collection

Branding /Promotional activities:

• 1) To maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
• 2) Ensure on-time & effective execution of various branding & promotional activities (Ensure regular promotional activities like exhibitions, display outlets, etc.)
• 3) Work closely with the Branding Team to have regular consultant and influencers awareness programs.
• 4) Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.

MIS & Reports:

• 1) To manage & update MIS digital dashboards and DVR as required
• 2) To prepare reports for all customers on weekly and Monthly basis for further analysis
• 3) Ontime & effective preparation and submission of relevant MIS and reports on Daily & fortnightly basis.
