Job summary

Berger Paints in Calicut seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive institutional sales through architects, builders and consultants. You will manage a frontline team, tap new project orders, and develop a network of business partners to achieve yearly sales goals.

The role requires 10–12 years in institutional sales within paints or building material trades, with Graduation plus MBA in Marketing. Local language communication is essential and a dynamic, achievement-oriented mindset is preferred.
