Job summary

Haefely Services is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead regional sales in Transformer and HV testing. The role involves managing key accounts, delivering technical presentations, and driving new business with utilities, manufacturers, EPCs and testing labs.

The candidate should have 5+ years in transformer testing and a solid understanding of diagnostics, IEC standards, and tendering. Willingness to travel and engage hands-on with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Transformer / Cable / HV Testing industry.
• Strong understanding of Transformer Testing & Diagnostics.
• Familiarity with IEC Standards / Protection Systems.
• Experience in Transformer Test Field, Technical B2B Sales & Tendering.
• Willingness to travel and work hands-on with customers.

• Power Systems / High Voltage Engineering specialization will be an advantage.
