You will appoint and develop distributors, set targets, lead and coach teams across locations, expand customer base, service existing clients, implement company strategies in the field, and drive promotional activities to seize market

• Develop potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed.
• Appointment & development of Distributors channels
• Hiring, training and coaching team members of different location as per the companys vision.
• Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a whole
• To maintain and increase sales of company's products.
• Achieving the targets and goals set in your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
• Servicing the needs of our existing customers
• To increase business opportunities in the market
• To ensure implementation of Company strategies in the field
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Customer feedback and market research
• To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
