• Coordinate for Execution of trainings initiated from Training department.
• Identify potential marketing activities every month.
• All marketing plan needs to be reported in the Sales and Marketing app.
• Monitor staff uniform –Daily
• Execution of disciplinarymeasures for sales team.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 5 year experience in retail saleswith any B2C brands with minimum 2 years in a team handling role.
• Candidates withexcellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be ableto communicate in multiple languages.
