Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Palakkad, Kerala is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to drive customer engagement and meet daily targets. The role requires promoting MYOP products, demonstrating perfumes, and assisting customers in selecting the right fragrance.

The candidate should communicate well, be fluent in multiple languages, and maintain store standards. Freshers welcome; graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette/time.
• Complete trainings within defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and demonstrate products.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Handle stock requests to HO and validate receipts.
• Resolve customer complaints escalated to CX department if required.
• DSR and daily checklists.
