Job summary

MYOP LLP in Jaipur is looking for a Store Manager to drive daily store operations, meet monthly targets, and manage a team of sales executives at Pacific Mall.

You will lead on-floor execution of sales strategy, arrange promotions, ensure SOP adherence, deliver high customer satisfaction, and maintain records and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidate must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by theorganization.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
