Job summary

MYOP LLP in Odisha for full-time role seeks a field sales and store operations professional to coordinate monthly and daily targets across outlets, work with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations, and ensure stock accuracy at all locations.

You will oversee staffing, process adherence, customer service, stakeholder relations with mall and HO teams, and execution of marketing activities to grow brand recall.

Qualifications

• Key tasks include achieving monthly and daily sales targets through effective store and outlet management.
• Experience in coordinating with Store Managers and sales teams to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Submission of monthly visit plan (By 5th of every month).
• Submission of weekly field visit plan (Before Friday).
• Monitor store cleanliness and staff grooming.
• Bill reopen and discount approval.
• Bottle stock audit every 2 weeks; full stock audit monthly; perfume stock audit every 2 weeks.
• Coordinate training executions from the Training department.
• Identify potential marketing activities monthly and report in Sales and Marketing app.
• Monitor stock audits and store cash; ensure store etiquette and timings.
