Job summary

Drsleepqure is seeking a proactive field sales professional to build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory to drive referrals for sleep diagnostic services.

The role requires regular field visits, doctor meetings, and awareness sessions on sleep disorders (OSA). You will work towards monthly targets and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and reporting of sleep studies.

Qualifications

• Any degree from a recognized institution.
• B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualification is preferred.
• 13 years of field sales experience (pharma, diagnostics, medical devices, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with doctors and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory; own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about healthcare and community impact.
