Shree Manak Cable Industries is seeking a field sales professional to develop and manage a distributor/dealer network across the Mysuru region. You will drive new business, meet customers, and promote products through meets, demonstrations, and promotions.

The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining margins, tracking market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic market.

• Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, retailers, electricians, contractors, and institutional customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to meet existing customers and onboard new dealers.
• Build strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, retailers, and key market influencers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential distribution partners.
• Promote company products, schemes, offers, and new product launches.
• Conduct electrician meets, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, dispatches, outstanding payments, and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer preferences, and market developments.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain control over overdue outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, market visit reports, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, accounts, and management teams to ensure smooth business operations.
