Job summary

Puma in Agra/Ghaziabad is looking for an AREA RETAIL ASSOCIATE to support SIS across stores, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

The role focuses on daily operations, VM execution, stock accuracy, training retail staff, and ensuring consistent customer service in a field-based, multi-store environment.

Travel across assigned stores is required, with flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 25 years in retail operations.
• Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
• Field-based role requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.

• Any Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple PUMA SIS on daily operations, VM, stock availability, store hygiene, and brand standards.
• Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and support staff training and coaching.
• Conduct store visits, ensure compliance, resolve operational issues, and drive consistent execution across stores.
• Track store KPIs, support achievement of sales targets, and share performance insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure brand VM standards, seasonal campaigns, and product launches are executed consistently.
• Support stock replenishment, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and identification of fast/slow-moving products.
• Train and coach Retail Associates on product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills.

Reports to: Assistant Manager Sales MBO

Location: Agra/ Ghaziabad

Position Summary:

• Support multiple PUMA SIS on daily operations, VM, stock availability, store hygiene, and brand standards.
• Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and support staff training and coaching.
• Conduct store visits, ensure compliance, resolve operational issues, and drive consistent execution across stores.

Key Objectives:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent execution across all assigned SIS.
• Track store KPIs, support achievement of sales targets, and share performance insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure brand VM standards, seasonal campaigns, and product launches are executed consistently.
• Support stock replenishment, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and identification of fast/slow-moving products.
• Train and coach Retail Associates on product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills.
