Job summary

This field-based role requires 2–5 years in retail operations, willingness to travel daily/weekly, and flexibility for weekends. Any Graduate is acceptable.

Position Summary:

The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

• Net Sales
• Brand Ranking at SIS doors
• Brand Desirability, Store Hygiene, Store Operations
• Training scores, Product Knowledge
• Up scaling Existing Space allocation
• New locations in premium Doors

Organizational relationships:

• Internal:Puma Corporate team, Merchandising/ Trading, Projects, Training and HR
• External:SIS Distributor & Team and Store/SIS Owner, Dept/Floor Manager

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

• 2-5 years in retail operations.
• Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
• Field-based rolerequires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.
• Any Graduate.
