Job summary

Bestal Hr is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with 3-6 years of experience in Fashion / Sportswear retail. You will lead a store team, drive sales, manage operations and maintain Puma brand standards. Strong leadership and customer-handling skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure VM compliance, handle stock and reports, and uphold excellent customer service and store discipline daily.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in retail, preferably Fashion / Sportswear.
• Experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Strong sales and target orientation.
• Good understanding of retail operations and store KPIs.
