Job summary

Puma in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Associate Merchandising Store Allocation SIS to support the Area Sales Manager in delivering operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across Puma SIS in the region.

You will bridge store teams with area leadership, driving store execution, training and compliance while overseeing merchandising, inventory, and cross-store coordination. Field travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in retail operations.
• Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
• Field-based role requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Sales Manager to ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across Puma SIS in a designated region.
• Serve as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.
• Drive visual merchandising, inventory and stock management, and new location onboarding in premium doors.
• Provide training and team development to ensure product knowledge and customer service standards.

Reports to: Assistant Manager Merchandising (SIS)

Location: Bengaluru

Position Summary:

The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Net Sales
• Brand Ranking at SIS doors
• Brand Desirability, Store Hygiene, Store Operations

• Up scaling Existing Space allocation
• New locations in premium Doors

Organizational relationships:

• Internal: Puma Corporate team, Merchandising/ Trading, Projects, Training and HR
• External: : SIS Distributor & Team and Store/SIS Owner, Dept/Floor Manager.
