• Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores).
• Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive team development.
• Implement and maintain SOPs across operations.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI).
• Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses.
• Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control.
• Minimize wastage and improve efficiency.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and improve service standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations.
• Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion.
• Drive process improvements and operational strategies.
