Job summary

Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited is seeking an Area Manager Tyre Sales based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. You will oversee sales operations across the Vidarbha region and Chhattisgarh, including Raipur, driving dealer and distributor expansion and hitting growth targets.

You will lead a team of sales executives, develop territory strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensure product availability, and strengthen brand visibility to capture new opportunities in the assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in tyre or automotive sales, preferably channel sales.
• Experience in dealer/distributor networks across Vidarbha/Chhattisgarh.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territories.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective dealer, distributor, and retailer engagement.
• Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh.
• Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies, promotional schemes, and market development initiatives.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of sales executives to ensure business objectives are met.
• Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure effective order management, product availability, inventory control, and timely market replenishment.
• Drive point-of-sale (POS) branding, product visibility, merchandising, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution reach, and improve market share across the assigned territory.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, territory-wise performance analyses, and periodic business reviews.
• Undertake regular market visits across Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh, including Raipur, to monitor sales performance and strengthen channel engagement.

Reise Moto is looking for a results-driven Area Manager Tyre Sales, based at Nagpur, to oversee and drive sales operations across the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, including Raipur.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tyre sales or the automotive industry, preferably in channel sales and distribution.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales, dealer management, and distributor networks.
• Established dealer, distributor, and retailer connections across Vidarbha and/or Chhattisgarh would be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Work Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, with responsibility for the Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh regions, including Raipur.
