Job summary

Heisetasse Beverages is seeking an experienced Area Manager Operations to oversee 8–15 Third Wave Coffee stores, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience and people performance. You will lead Store Managers, shape manpower planning and engagement, and partner with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure standards and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 58 years of relevant experience in QSR, Caf, Retail, Hospitality or F&B.
• 23+ years of experience managing multiple stores/locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive performance across 8 to 15 stores.
• Achieve sales, revenue, AOV, productivity and profitability targets.
• Drive store P&L, cost control, inventory and wastage management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Drive manpower planning, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
• Monitor customer experience, feedback and service quality.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Training and Projects teams.
• Support new store openings, manpower readiness and operational stabilisation.
