• 1+ year of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, customer experience and productivity in the FC department.
• Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet daily objectives.
• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor across shifts and meet goals.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools to raise efficiency.
