This role involves driving business growth, enhancing service quality, and ensuring compliance across branches. The Area Manager will be responsible for mentoring branch teams, managing productivity, and delivering customer-centric solutions across retail liabilities, assets, and third-party products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets.
• Drive revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, TFX, and third-party products (e.g., insurance).
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales Teams.
