Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
• Control manpower, inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.
• Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications
