Job summary

Policybazaar.com is seeking an Area Manager - Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams across B2C and field sales disciplines. The role requires hands-on management of field and telesales operations in a target-driven environment, with a focus on coaching, productivity, and revenue growth.

The candidate will plan strategies, conduct field visits, and monitor performance using MIS dashboards while ensuring quality standards and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.
• B2C and Field Sales experience mandatory.
• Team Handling experience: 1-2 years (Mandatory).
• Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversions.
