Qualifications

• B2C sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations.
• Good understanding of attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
