Job summary

Policybazaar.com is seeking an Area Manager – Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role demands strong exposure to both B2C and field sales, with hands-on management of field and telesales operations.

You will coach, monitor performance, and implement strategies to boost productivity and conversions, while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.
• B2C and Field Sales experience mandatory.
• Team Handling experience: 1–2 years (Mandatory).
• Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Must have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teams
• Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversions
• Conduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvement
• Monitor attendance, daily productivity, and overall team performance

• Train and onboard new sales executives
