Job summary

RBL FinServe Ltd in India seeks a Branch Manager who will lead Branch Managers and Loan Officers across assigned branches, drive loan disbursement targets, and ensure portfolio quality and profitability.

You will monitor performance, train staff on policies, conduct reviews, and build relationships with authorities and partners to grow business while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post-Graduation required.

• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, partner organizations, and community leaders.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
