Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking a senior or mid-senior professional to manage portfolios in the 80–100 Cr+ range across 4–8 branches, with direct reports and P&L ownership for asset & branch banking. The role emphasizes microfinance (individual loans), asset & liability activities, and cross-sell initiatives (TPP) in the local area.

The candidate should be comfortable communicating in the local language and driving growth for the region while ensuring compliance and customer

Qualifications

• Experience managing portfolios in the 80 Cr to 100 Cr+ range.
• Leadership experience with 6–10 direct reports.
• Experience in microfinance, specifically individual loans.
• Ownership of P&L for assets and branch banking across 4–8 branches.
• Drive asset & liability activities and cross-sell products (TPP) in the area.
• Comfortable using local language for business communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage business lines for 4–8 branches with P&L ownership of assets and branch banking.
• Drive asset & liability business and cross-sell products (TPP) in the area to achieve growth.
• Oversee growth and success of the business in the designated region.
• Coordinate with local teams and ensure strong customer engagement using local languages.

• Responsible for business lines of 4-8 branches, ownership of P&L Asset & Branch Banking of Branches
• Drive asset & liability business and other cross-sell products (TPP) in the respective areas. The position is responsible for overall growth, and success of the business in the area
• Must be comfortable in local languages
