Job summary

Coplay is seeking an Area Manager/Cluster Manager to own the business and operations of assigned sports venues across India, guiding 7–15 sites with a hands-on, customer-first approach.

You will lead a team of 5–15 venue executives, report weekly to monthly, build partnerships, and represent Coplay professionally to stakeholders while driving revenue growth and delivering outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ready to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience in sports industry or venue operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the business and operations of the sports facilities assigned to you.
• Ensure great customer experience at 7–15 Coplay venues by managing all operational aspects.
• Ensure venues are in excellent operational condition and running smoothly.
• Provide quick reporting and resolution of issues at assigned venues.
• Manage a team of 5–15 venue executives at each venue.
• Work to increase revenues through superior customer experience and value-added services.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for venues.
• Develop expertise in Coplay's product suite.
• Represent Coplay professionally with external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management.

Coplay up! We're looking for a Area Manager/Cluster Manager to join our team, both at work, and at play! We take the work hard, play harder philosophy way too seriously out here. Working Days & Timings:

• 6 days a week, with a mid-week off.
• Shift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the business and operations of the sports facilities assigned to you.
• Ensure great customer experience at 7–15 Coplay sports venues by managing each and every operational aspect.
• Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly.
• Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues.
• Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at each venue.
• Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great customer experience and value-added services.
• Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venues.
• Develop an expertise in Coplay's suite of products.
• Represent Coplay in the most professional manner with external stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders and other relevant people and businesses.
• Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardize large-scale on-ground operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A keen eye for attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience in Sports industry, Venue Operations is highly preferred.
