Job summary

Astika Software Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multi-location sports gaming centers. You will drive revenue, manage operations, and lead a team of center heads, coaches, and staff to deliver excellent customer experience.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong leadership, and travel across centers. English, Hindi, and Telugu communication skills are essential, and prior experience in fitness or sports is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Should have at least 3 years of managing multi location operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Self-driven with strong adherence to deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across centers in the assigned cluster.
• Experience in fitness and sports industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving revenue and business targets of multiple centers
• Conducting marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate leads
• Ensure leads are properly followed up and converted
• Ensure high quality customer experience
• Maintain relationships with corporates and other institutional customers
• Supervise operations of multiple centers
• Train and support center heads, coaches, guest relations executives and support staff.
• Ensure proper rostering, attendance, and shift planning for the centers
• Monitor facility maintenance and equipment requirements at all centers
• Plan and ensure smooth conduction of tournaments and other events
• Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports on revenue, expenses and issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for center operations, HR and accounts records
• Monitor and enforce compliance to company policies and processes.
• Coordinate with all the corporate teams for efficient and effective functioning of the centers
• Coordinate with partners, landlords and other stakeholders
