Job summary

Coffee Day Global is seeking an Area Coach to oversee operations, sales, profitability and customer experience across multiple cafes in the assigned area (Chandigarh, Dehradun, Mumbai).

The role requires leading Caf Managers and teams, driving store performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards, while building a strong people pipeline and delivering consistent MIS updates to management.

Qualifications

• IHM / Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in QSR, food retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple outlets/stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Caf Managers and teams to hit targets.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency across cafs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, quality and service.
• Monitor caf performance and implement improvement plans.
• Manage inventory, costs and expenses effectively.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Conduct store visits, audits and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements.
• Partner with HR, marketing, supply chain and other functions.
• Coach and develop Caf Managers and build a people pipeline.
• Analyze business performance and share MIS with management.

• Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements.
• Partner with HR, marketing, supply chain and other functions for smooth caf operations.
• Coach and develop Caf Managers and build a strong people pipeline.
• Analyse business performance and share regular MIS and performance updates with management.
