ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager with strong management and operational skills to oversee existing and upcoming restaurants. The ideal candidate should have experience in the QSR or FMCG industry and be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring California Burrito standards and customer expectations are consistently met.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Area Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading/Guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organization.

Looking for someone who is from QSR or FMCG industry.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) LEAD GREAT RESTAURANTS

• Own the performance of your allotted restaurants and Strive for Excellence across operations, hospitality, food safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
• Lead from the front. Model great hospitality, coach restaurant teams and remove anything getting in the way of a great guest experience.
• Empower teams to resolve guest concerns quickly, thoughtfully and for the long term.
• Spot problems and opportunities early, build clear action plans and make sure they get done.

2) BUILD TEAMS THAT KEEP GROWING

• Build an Open & Honest culture where every team member is treated fairly and respectfully.
• Develop restaurant leaders and their teams through strong training, regular coaching, meaningful recognition and clear accountability.
• Set clear goals, share performance openly and give teams Freedom with Ownership to deliver results.
• Stay flexible and step in wherever the business needs you most.

3) DRIVE HEALTHY GROWTH

• Own sales, costs and profitability across your restaurants, monitoring every cost line against the annual business plan.
• Regularly review performance with your direct reports, conduct gap analysis and help every restaurant stay on target and achieve its bottom-line incentive.
• Understand and execute all in-store marketing promotions, while sharing relevant market-level inputs for national marketing across digital, print and other channels.
• Lead new product rollouts, support new restaurant openings and drive strong sales across new and existing locations.

4) KEEP EVERYONE MOVING TOGETHER

• Work closely with support teams to solve problems, align on business priorities and turn plans into action.
• Communicate goals, results and next steps clearly so every team understands what they are working towards and how they contribute.
• Keep growing everyday. Ask for feedback, share ideas and keep finding better ways to work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in QSR
• Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
• Relevant experience in Cafes, QSR, Restaurant or Hospitality
• Prior experience managing multiple outlets/stores is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of sales, P&L, people management, inventory, and operations.
• Highly customer-focused, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 10 LPA (including incentives). Local conveyance will be covered by company.
