Job summary

Polymed in Bengaluru seeks an experienced sales professional for its Renal care range (Dialysis machines, Dialyzers, Catheters, sets). You will drive revenue, build relationships with dialysis centers, doctors, KOLs, and distributors, and expand the regional market.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical devices or nephrology sales, strong communication, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices / nephrology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Unit: Renal Care (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set)

Roles and Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for sales of Renal care product range (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set) in assigned territory

• Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
• Responsible for developing business opportunities across the Polymed range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region.
• Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region
• The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in Medical devices / Nephrology / Renal care product sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
