Job summary

ZUPERIAN PHARMA PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager (ABM) to drive Nephrology division growth in the assigned territory across India. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with nephrologists, physicians, hospitals and key accounts.

You will lead the field sales team, promote products, identify opportunities, and ensure effective territory management through regular field visits and market intelligence.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Nephrologists, Physicians, Hospitals and Key Accounts
• Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's products
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Manage and guide the field sales team in the assigned territory
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
• Ensure timely reporting and effective territory management
