The Therapy Manager – Nephro will be responsible for promoting nephrology-focused products, implementing sales and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills with a good understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Promote nephrology products to doctors, hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Create market demand and increase product awareness through effective customer engagement.
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, KOLs, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Plan and schedule customer calls and visits as per targeted call frequency and business plans.
- Maintain daily call reports in SMMS and submit business-related reports within timelines.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively using approved marketing inputs.
- Ensure proper product mix while booking orders and managing customer requirements.
- Coordinate with stockists, distributors, C&F agents, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Conduct CMEs, doctor meets, awareness programs, and promotional activities regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and product concerns promptly as per company guidelines.
- Monitor sales orders, collections, receivables, and payment follow-ups within the territory.
- Prepare territory plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams for business development initiatives.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through continuous engagement and value-added support.
- Stay updated with nephrology therapy trends, pharmaceutical developments, and healthcare market changes.
