Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Nagpur, India is hiring a field sales professional to achieve territory targets and promote the division’s products. You will build relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists, and report daily field activity on our online system.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered). Prior experience with multinational pharma companies is an advantage; fluency in communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in BSc or B.Pharm required.
• 2+ years of field sales experience; freshers with strong communication may be considered.
• Candidates from MNC or top Indian pharma have added advantage.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador
