Job summary

Uniceutis Pharma in Delhi is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager to lead a team of Medical Representatives, monitor field activities, and drive day-to-day sales. You will focus on achieving targets, expanding product visibility with doctors and hospitals, and mapping strategic plans for market growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and performance improvement through regular development initiatives and disciplined reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduation/B.Pharm preferred.
• Experience as Medical Representative or Senior MR.
• Usually 3-6 years of pharma sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Handle and guide a team of Medical Representatives (MRs/TBEs).
• Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; analyze sales reports and market trends.
• Doctor & Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and chemists; increase prescription generation and product visibility.
• Training & Development: Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills; coach for performance improvement.
• Planning & Reporting: Prepare tour plans, monitor daily call averages and doctor coverage; submit reports to Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Market Analysis: Track competitor activities and market opportunities; identify low-performing areas and improve coverage.
