Job summary

Talpro is seeking a Dynamics CRM Architect in India to lead end-to-end CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The candidate will design, develop, and integrate CRM systems, including Voice/Telephony Omnichannel and Logic Apps, while mentoring junior developers and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.

You should have 10+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM experience, strong C# and OOP skills, and a track record of 4–5 full CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience delivering 4–5 full CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Voice/Telephony Omnichannel integration.
• Azure Logic Apps proficiency and Power Platform exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate scalable CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Lead end-to-end CRM projects with scope, cost, and timeline ownership.
• Set up Voice/Telephony Omnichannel channels for Customer Service.
• Build and manage Logic Apps and SSIS-based data migrations.
• Customize Dynamics 365 via Plugins, APIs, and Workflows.
• Collaborate with BA, developers, and architects to implement CRM solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and drive DevOps practices.
• Communicate plans and updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and advise on enhancements.
