Job summary

Talpro India Private Limited is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Architect with 12+ years experience to lead CRM architecture for client projects in the Bangalore area. The role involves designing solutions using MS Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will mentor a team, manage client communications, and ensure quality through HLD/LLD artifacts and robust integration with Azure services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in MS DynamicsCRM.
• Experience as MS Dynamics Architect for at least two complete CRM implementations.
• Experience with Customer Service modules.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating with external and internal systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
• Experience with Service Bus, Logic Apps & Azure Functions.
• Experience managing client communication and expectations.
• Ability to write HLD/LLD documents.
• Understanding NFR, Configuration/Release Management, and merging processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with technical and functional guidance.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members.
• Manage client communications and set expectations.
• Architect and implement CRM solutions in Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Ensure integration with Azure services and middleware.
• Define and enforce development processes including CI/CD.
