Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Service modules.
• Plugins, custom workflows and API development expertise.
• Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages.
• C# with strong OO design and domain-driven design principles.
• Microsoft Dataverse knowledge for data modeling and storage.
• CRM implementations: 3–4 full-cycle deployments.
• Omnichannel Customer Service integration including voice/telephony.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across engagement modules.

Strong hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is essential. This hybrid position, based in major Indian cities, also requires solid exposure to Azure Cloud development and mandatory experience with Omnichannel Voice/Telephony integration. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must, and a Microsoft certification is a strong plus.
