Job summary

TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior D365 Developer for full-time, permanent employment. The role requires 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM, CRM customizations, and integrations across the Power Platform and Azure services.

You will lead CRM projects, design and implement integrations, build reports/dashboards, and mentor the team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementations.
• Experience on Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
• Experience creating Web API, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrations.
• Experience with SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Service modules in CRM.
• Ability to advise on best practices for CRM development or integration.
• Experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks.
• Writing technical specifications and exposure to CI/CD processes.
