Talpro India Private Limited is seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics CRM Lead Developer to drive end-to-end implementations across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong client-facing skills, and leadership capabilities to mentor a team of developers while delivering solutions integrated with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Experience in Customer Engagement Modules: Service, Sales, Field Services, Marketing, Project Service.
• Proficient in plugins, custom workflows, and API development.
• Strong C# programming with OOP and domain-driven design.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Azure Cloud exposure: Functions and Logic Apps (Logic Apps mandatory).
• D365 Technical Architecture design.
• CRM implementations: 4–5 full-cycle.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring capability.

Responsibilities
