Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Sr Architect / Principal Architect for the EDRC HQ project site. You will lead architectural design concepts, schemes, and detailed design stages in line with statutory rules and project scope.

You'll select materials, prepare specifications and quantity estimates, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure timely delivery of drawings and construction documents while adhering to NBC, NFPA, IATA and ICAO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture mandatory.
• Masters in Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial buildings; airport design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages per project scope and regulations.
• Select materials, specifications and quantity estimation.
• Coordinate with disciplines and resolve inter-disciplinary design issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adherence to codes.
