Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Sr Architect/ Principal Architect for the EDRC PA F cadre, located at Project Site/ EDRC HQ. The role emphasizes developing architectural concepts, detailed designs and coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver compliant construction drawings.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in commercial buildings, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro. Bachelor’s in Architecture is mandatory and Master’s is preferred.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.
