Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks Sr Architect / Principal Architect for Project Site/ EDRC HQ to lead architectural design across stages from concept to construction. The role demands coordination with various disciplines, material specification decisions, and precise drawing delivery per NBC and other standards.

Ideal candidates possess 3–5 years of experience in commercial building design, with a preference for airport projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture required; Masters preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial buildings; airport projects favored.
• Proficient with design software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro.
• Familiar with NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO standards.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and deliver drawings on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concepts, schemes and detail designs.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.
