Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Sr Architect / Principal Architect to lead architectural design for projects at the EDRC HQ and site locations. You will develop concept, scheme, and detailed design, coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines, and ensure construction documents meet codes and standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial buildings, familiarity with NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO, and proficiency in Revit Arch, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Pro. Airport design experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture is mandatory
• Master's in Architecture is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial buildings, with airport design preference.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve inter-disciplinary design issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents for construction.
• Adhere to relevant codes and standards including NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO.
