Job summary

Architect- DC (Tier -1) Unique Job Role Architect – EDRC (PAF) Cadre Executive band / Tier 1 Designation Sr Architect / Principal Architect Department & Location Project Site/ EDRC HQ

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
