Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Sr Architect / Principal Architect for the EDRC (PAF) role at Project Site/ EDRC HQ. The candidate will lead architectural design concepts through to construction details, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial building design, with a preference for airport design, and expertise in Revit Arch, AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory).
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial buildings, airport design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per project scope.
• Select materials, specifications and estimate quantities.
• Design coordination with other disciplines and resolve inter-disciplinary design issues.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Desired knowledge and experience
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:(degree, training, or certification required)
• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design
