Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Senior Architect for EDRC projects. Responsible for conceptual and detailed architecture, material selection, and documentation for construction. Strong emphasis on coordination with other disciplines and adherence to codes.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Arch, with a Masters preferred, and 3–5 years’ experience in commercial design, preferably airport-related projects. The role requires collaboration at site and HQ locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture is mandatory.
• Master in Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concepts and detail designs for construction.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
